Jamie Wilkins brings more than three decades of experience across state, federal, and multi-agency missions. His career spans national defense, emergency response, interagency coordination, and the development of complex operational frameworks that support both state and national mission needs.
He founded Primis Strategics to help partners align missions, strengthen resilience, and build integrated ecosystems that connect government, industry, academia, and state organizations.
